Yogahub accepts returns by post up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise purchased on https://shop.theyogahub.ie/.
Yogahub does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Yogahub is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
Props and Mats Return Policy:
Yogahub is unable to accept returns for items that have been used, altered or damaged after being received.
- Creases/Folds from improper handling and/or storing.
- Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
- Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)
- Damage from use other than yoga or similar fitness activities.
- Uneven colour patterns or discolouration due to use.
- Damage from outside elements/factors that puncture or deface the mat.
Apparel Return Policy:
Yogahub accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for apparel purchased on shop.theyogahub.ie.
Yogahub is unable to accept returns for apparel that has been altered or damaged after being received. Items must be unwashed and unworn, clean, and all hangtags must be attached. Please note all apparel items are subject to inspection.
If your return passes inspection we will issue a refund for the returned items. Once a refund has been complete it can take up to and including 2-5 business days to arrive in your account. Please note these are not our timelines but are depending on our banking partner’s terms and conditions. We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
