Our Relax Tea is the organic herbal tea blend that will do you good. Sustainably and regionally produced, we combine chamomile, lemon balm, rose petals, peppermint and fennel to offer you the right tea to soothe your senses. Besides its pleasant mildness, the Ayurvedic tea offers you a fresh kick through its lemon-mint combination. The calming effects are mainly due to lemon balm, chamomile and rose petals, as they help you to relax. In addition, the Ayurveda tea supports your nervous system and helps you to recharge your batteries.
The ingredients and their effects according to Ayurveda:
- Fennel (versatile effect, e.g. for bronchial complaints, stomach problems and colds)
- Lemon balm (slightly lemony note and calms the nervous system and helps with insomnia and restlessness).
- Peppermint (fresh aroma, antibacterial effect and soothes colds and gastrointestinal complaints)
- Chamomile (considered anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing). juniper berry (stimulates blood circulation and digestion)
- Rose petals (have an anti-inflammatory effect, strengthen and soothe the body).
- Stevia leaves (natural sweetness without the disadvantages of conventional sugar)

Returns & Exchanges
Covid 19:
Please note if returning items by post there may be a delay in processing due to lockdown and studio closure. All returns will be processed on receipt and inspection of items.
Yogahub accepts returns by post up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise purchased on https://shop.theyogahub.ie/.
Yogahub does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Yogahub is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
Props and Mats Return Policy:
Yogahub is unable to accept returns for items that have been used, altered or damaged after being received.
For Example:
- Creases/Folds from improper handling and/or storing.
- Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
- Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)
- Damage from use other than yoga or similar fitness activities.
- Uneven colour patterns or discolouration due to use.
- Damage from outside elements/factors that puncture or deface the mat.
Apparel Return Policy:
Yogahub accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for apparel purchased on shop.theyogahub.ie.
Yogahub is unable to accept returns for apparel that has been altered or damaged after being received. Items must be unwashed and unworn, clean, and all hangtags must be attached. Please note all apparel items are subject to inspection.
Refunds
If your return passes inspection we will issue a refund for the returned items. Once a refund has been complete it can take up to and including 2-5 business days to arrive in your account. Please note these are not our timelines but are depending on our banking partner’s terms and conditions. We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.
