Our sustainable Ayurveda tea is a fusion of the best of organic black tea, ginger, cardamom and turmeric and convinces with a typically refreshing Chai spiciness.The "Indian ginseng" Ashwagandha - the multi-talent of Ayurveda - is an all-rounder. It is said to stimulate your brain, give you new energy and have a calming effect on your whole body. The ingredients and their effects according to Ayurveda:
- Black tea (full-bodied taste and stimulating, vitalizing effect)
- Ginger (rich in vitamin C, magnesium, iron and calcium and has an antibacterial effect).
- Cinnamon (brings the spicy note and has a disinfectant, blood circulation and mood-lifting effect)
- Ashwagandha (the medicinal plant calms and energizes, boosts the immune system and improves thyroid function)
- Turmeric (strong anti-inflammatory effect and use in metabolic diseases)
- Cardamom pod and cardamom seed (helps with digestive and cold complaints and soothes respiratory diseases)
- Cloves (strengthen the body's defenses and protects cells from free radicals)
- Black pepper (especially in interaction with turmeric helpful for inflammations, also has an antioxidant effect)
All ingredients stem from controlled organic cultivation Non-EU agriculture
Preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1.5 g of tea and let it strain for 5 minutes.

Returns & Exchanges
Covid 19:
Please note if returning items by post there may be a delay in processing due to lockdown and studio closure. All returns will be processed on receipt and inspection of items.
Yogahub accepts returns by post up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise purchased on https://shop.theyogahub.ie/.
Yogahub does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Yogahub is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
Props and Mats Return Policy:
Yogahub is unable to accept returns for items that have been used, altered or damaged after being received.
For Example:
- Creases/Folds from improper handling and/or storing.
- Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
- Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)
- Damage from use other than yoga or similar fitness activities.
- Uneven colour patterns or discolouration due to use.
- Damage from outside elements/factors that puncture or deface the mat.
Apparel Return Policy:
Yogahub accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for apparel purchased on shop.theyogahub.ie.
Yogahub is unable to accept returns for apparel that has been altered or damaged after being received. Items must be unwashed and unworn, clean, and all hangtags must be attached. Please note all apparel items are subject to inspection.
Refunds
If your return passes inspection we will issue a refund for the returned items. Once a refund has been complete it can take up to and including 2-5 business days to arrive in your account. Please note these are not our timelines but are depending on our banking partner’s terms and conditions. We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.
