This is how a yoga strap helps you
The yoga strap basically helps you perform stretches more effectively. It also serves as a control to check whether the exercise is being carried out correctly. In particular, the strap helps with stretches of the hips, back, feet and arms
Anyone thinking about practicing yoga should own a yoga strap. The great thing about the yoga strap is that it can be used in many different ways. Practically every exercise can be combined with the belt and made more effective. Beginners in particular often have problems stretching properly. They don't know how exactly to do the stretches or don't go deep enough into them. This means that valuable practice effects are lost.
